Personal Training
Offering 1 to 1 or semi private sessions (1-2) from my studio, your home (space and location dependent,) a public space or via virtual means.

Group Exercise or Health Seminars
Group exercise can be a fun way of losing weight surrounded by people with similar goals. If you are part of a group of people interested in exercising together, then get in touch! Also available to present health and well-being seminars for employers wishing to educate their staff on how to live healthier.

Postural or Nutritional Assessments
Postural analysis and nutritional guidance is included in sessions with regular clients.

Ante and Post Natal Exercise/Womens Fitness Specialist
Qualified in ante and post natal exercise and programming. With plenty of experience training expecting mothers until full term and beyond. Also with additional training/experience helping women exercise through puberty and menopause.

ABOUT ME
I’m Ella Morgan, a Women’s Fitness Specialist and pre/post-natal qualified personal trainer based in West Oxfordshire.
I help women navigate fitness through life’s inevitable changes; hormonal shifts, pregnancy, postpartum recovery and busy routines, with the aim to help build strength, confidence, and help them thrive.
My own journey started at 16 when I joined the gym, full of enthusiasm, but no structure. After a year of inconsistent training and disappointing results, I dove into learning proper programming, mindset, and nutrition. That shift turned fitness into a true passion and healthy habit, one that gave me control, endorphins, and real progress!
In 2016, I made it my career to guide other women toward their strongest, most confident selves.
When many clients became pregnant, I saw a clear gap in Oxfordshire for safe, continued training through pregnancy and beyond. I qualified in pre and post-natal exercise and have since supported dozens of mums-to-be and new mums.
Now a mum myself to two little ones, I blend professional knowledge with lived experience to create supportive, realistic programs.
With additional expertise in gym-based boxing, circuits, spinning, kettlebells, TRX, and nutrition, plus my Women’s Fitness Specialist qualification, I’m equipped to help women of all ages overcome barriers and build lasting habits.
Nothing beats seeing clients hit their goals: reclaiming confidence, shifting mindset around their bodies, slipping into pre-pregnancy jeans, or feeling unstoppable in a suit or graduation outfit.
