Personal Training
Offering 1 to 1 or semi private sessions (1-2) from my studio, your home (space and location dependent,) a public space or via virtual means.
Group Exercise or Health Seminars
Group exercise can be a fun way of losing weight surrounded by people with similar goals. If you are part of a group of people interested in exercising together, then get in touch! Also available to present health and well-being seminars for employers wishing to educate their staff on how to live healthier.
Postural or Nutritional Assessments
Postural analysis and nutritional guidance is included in sessions with regular clients.
Ante and Post Natal Exercise/Womens Fitness Specialist
Qualified in ante and post natal exercise and programming. With plenty of experience training expecting mothers until full term and beyond. Also with additional training/experience helping women exercise through puberty and menopause.
ABOUT ME
My name is Ella Morgan, I am an experienced personal trainer based in West Oxfordshire with a passion for helping women improve their routine and lifestyle amid environmental barriers and inevitable physiological changes.
I joined the gym at the age of sixteen, I made many mistakes when it came to training, I lacked structure, goals and i never planned out sessions, I spent just over a year exercising in a way that didn't give me the results that I had wanted or expected.
It was only through gaining knowledge that my attitude and approach to training changed and with that came the results.
Training became a passion and a healthy habit, I loved the release of endorphins and feeling like I was taking control of something.
In 2016 I turned my passion into my job; with the aim to help others become more confident, healthier version of themselves.
Since then my career has progressed further after many of my clients got pregnant. I saw a need for ante and post natal training in Oxfordshire. I wanted to give them the opportunity to continue on training with myself to maintain their level of fitness throughout their pregnancy and beyond. Since qualifying I have worked with multiple mums-to-be and new mothers. I have a toddler and another baby due, so I am now enjoying including my own experience in with my knowledge.
I also have additional training in gym based boxing, circuit training, studio cycling (spinning), kettle bell training, TRX suspension training and nutrition.
Back in 2020 I gained a women's fitness specialist qualification as I want to be best placed to help women of all ages, not only boost, continue or start their fitness journeys, but to thrive at life in general. The course equipped me to understand the pressures of life and hormonal changes that affect all women and how we can overcome those barriers.
I find nothing more rewarding than helping my clients reach their desired goals. Whether that's helping them feel more confident about themselves, encouraging them to change their mind-set so they are not unhappy with their bodies, whether its them being able to fit into pre-pregnancy jeans, fill out a suit or a be able to buy a graduation outfit 2 dress sizes down, the list goes on.
